She is a NAR (National Association of Realtors) member in good standing, an MRP (Military Relocation Professional) as well as an ABR (Accredited Buyers’ Representative). As a former Navy spouse, Dawn has personal experience with relocations. She utilizes all forms of technology to assist buyers (with emphasis on Veterans) such as live video tours and a YouTube channel for recorded videos.
Having bought and sold several personal homes in various marketplaces, she understands the clients concerns and anxieties associated with the homebuying/selling process. Dawn has extensive training in customer service and utilizes those practices with all her clients.
